Your feet really matter! They’re foundational! We have 26 bones and 33 joints in each foot, but we shove them in shoes and ignore them until something goes wrong. If you're wearing shoes while doing a “full body work out,” you're actually missing out on moving some significant parts of the body. @trainrugged and I are talking about the importance of getting out of your shoes and strengthening your feet. If you‘ve ever had foot pain, low back pain, hip pain, neck pain, literally any body pain....start paying attention to your feet!!
