Hi! I’m Jennah.
Certified personal trainer and movement coach helping you become comfortable, capable, and resilient in your amazing body.
My practice is rooted in my own personal journey with chronic pain and hypermobility. Read about it below.
How It All Began
For years, I thought my body was simply broken.
After being diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis at 19, I spent years pushing through chronic pain because I didn’t know there was another way.
Eventually, I realized I needed to become my own coach. I started searching for answers and discovered how hypermobility was influencing so many of the systems in my body, which helped explain symptoms that had never fully made sense. That search sparked a curiosity that changed the course of my life.
I immersed myself in learning, studying a wide range of approaches while experimenting in my own body and working with hundreds of clients. Along the way, I realized something that continues to shape how I coach today:
No one person or method has all the answers, but many approaches hold pieces of the puzzle. My role is to help you explore those pieces, better understand your body, and discover what truly works for you.
Where I Am Today
My coaching is now rooted in curiosity, exploration, and the belief that your body is not broken.
Together, we’ll explore what works for your body, because no two bodies are exactly alike. We'll build lasting strength by developing a deep understanding of how your body moves and responds to different stressors. And we'll approach it with curiosity, because some of the most meaningful discoveries can't be explained—they have to be experienced.
Whether you want to become stronger, move with less pain, feel more capable in everyday life, change how your body looks, or simply feel more confident, what you want to accomplish matters. But the way you get there can make all the difference in how you feel, and in your ability to sustain your training practice.
My greatest joy isn't just helping people reach their goals. It's helping them feel at home in their own bodies. Because when your body starts to make sense, everything changes.
What I Studied Along the Way
An approach shaped by many influences.
Over the years, I have taken courses from many amazing teachers and systems. I’m always learning and continuing to refine my approach. What I teach isn’t one single methodology. It’s a blend of many influences, years of practice, listening to my own body, and learning from the bodies in front of me.
