I’m Jennah- personal trainer, yoga teacher, and brain rewiring coach. I struggled for years with physical and emotional pain and autoimmune illness. In order to heal and understand, I immersed myself in the movement, bio-mechanics, pain science, and trauma therapy worlds. Though this path has been non-traditional, I have learned so much about my body, mind, & spirit and how to care for them. I continue to learn daily from my clients, my own experience, and continuing education courses, independent research, and experts I'm lucky enough to connect with.
