How It All Began
I was in pain daily and frustrated for years
After being diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis at 19, I spent years pushing through chronic pain because I didn’t know there was another way.
Eventually, I realized I needed to become my own coach. I started searching for answers and discovered how hypermobility was influencing so many of the systems in my body, which helped explain symptoms that had never fully made sense. That search sparked a curiosity that changed the course of my life.
I immersed myself in learning, studying a wide range of approaches while experimenting in my own body and working with clients. Along the way, I realized something that continues to shape how I coach today:
No one person or method has all the answers, but many approaches hold pieces of the puzzle. My role is to help you explore those pieces, better understand your body, and discover what truly works for you.
Where I Am Today
My coaching is now rooted in curiosity, exploration & the belief that your body is not broken
Together, we’ll explore what works for your body, because no two bodies are exactly alike. We'll build lasting strength by developing a deep understanding of how your body moves and responds to different stressors. And we'll approach it with curiosity, because some of the most meaningful discoveries can't be explained—they have to be experienced.
Whether you want to become stronger, move with less pain, feel more capable in everyday life, change how your body looks, or simply feel more confident, what you want to accomplish matters. But the way you get there can make all the difference in how you feel, and in your ability to sustain your training practice.
One of my greatest joys is guiding and supporting you in your training journey as you experience change and become more comfortable in your body.
What I Studied Along the Way
My approach is shaped by many influences
Over the years, I have taken courses from many amazing teachers and systems. I’m always learning and continuing to refine my approach and teach a blend of methods. Learning from my own challenges and from the clients in front of me has taught me that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to bodies and fitness.
